About NOVO Therapy
NOVO Therapy is a Glasgow massage and wellness practice built around one simple idea: exceptional treatment should feel as considered as it is effective.
Every appointment is designed around you – combining skilled hands-on treatment, a calm private setting and thoughtful attention to the details that make the experience feel genuinely personal.

The NOVO Therapy Approach
No two appointments need to feel exactly the same. Treatment is shaped around what you need that day – whether that means slowing things down, spending longer on a particular area, adjusting pressure, or combining techniques in a way that makes the session feel more useful to you.
The aim is not to rush through a fixed routine, but to create a treatment that feels intentional from start to finish, with enough flexibility to respond to how your body is feeling in the moment.

Meet Jamie
NOVO Therapy grew from a genuine love of massage, wellbeing and the way great treatment can make you feel. After years of being the person who would happily book almost any massage or wellness treatment going, I decided to train properly – and very quickly became fascinated by anatomy, physiology and how much of an impact thoughtful hands-on treatment can have on both body and mind.
Before NOVO Therapy, I spent around 20 years working in financial services, much of that in people management and risk management related roles. That experience gave me a very real appreciation of what modern working life can do to people: long hours, stress, too much time sitting still, and very little space to properly switch off. One of the things I love most about massage is being able to give people that time back – even if it’s only for an hour – and help them feel more comfortable, calmer and better looked after.
When you book with me, the appointment is entirely yours. I care about the details from before you arrive until the moment you leave, and I want every treatment to feel genuinely personal rather than like a routine being repeated. I trained at the Western School of Massage and continue to develop my skills, explore new treatments and introduce techniques that I genuinely believe in – usually because they’re treatments I’d be excited to receive myself.

Ultimately, I want you to leave feeling listened to, cared for and like you’ve just had one of the best massage experiences you’ve ever had – with both your body and your mind feeling better for it.
Outside NOVO Therapy, I’m also a huge dog lover – so if you mention yours, be prepared to tell me everything!
Training & Professional Development
My training began with a Swedish Massage Diploma at the Western School of Massage, with a strong grounding in anatomy, physiology and hands-on treatment. Since then, I’ve contionued to build on that foundation with additional training in Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Maderotherapy, Dry Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Ayurvedic techniques, Red Light Therapy and Nervous System Regulation.
I also hold a BSc in Forensic & Analytical Chemistry, which probably explains why I’m naturally drawn to the science behind treatments, evidence, anatomy and how different approaches may affect the body.
Ongoing development is a big part of NOVO Therapy. I continue to train, refine techniques and explore new treatment approaches so the service keeps evolving for my clients.
Current focus: Sports & Remedial Massage training.

The NOVO Therapy Experience
NOVO Therapy is based in a private at home treatment space in Glasgow Southside, designed to feel calm, comfortable and considered from the moment you arrive.
The details matter: lighting, temperature, music, positioning, pressure, pacing and the way the treatment flows are all part of the experience. The aim is to create somewhere you can properly switch off, without feeling rushed or processed.
Whether you’re booking for relaxation, recovery or simply some time to yourself, the goal is the same – for you to feel genuinely looked after and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
